We had a great to start to the year with the announcement that once again PayStream were voted the Best Umbrella Company in the Contractor UK Reader Awards! This is an achievement we are all extremely proud of, making it the third year in a row we have walked away with this title. Not only this, but we have also been crowned runners up in the Best Large Accountant category, the seventh time we have been awarded this title.

We’ve also started the year with some great PSL results. We have successfully renewed some strong PSL relationships with Harvey Nash, SThree and Capita to name a few. This further endorses our reputation within the industry as a true market leader working with the biggest recruitment agencies in the UK.
In other news, the announcement that off-payroll rules will be extended to the private sector with effect from April 2020 gives our sales team time to reach out to agencies and educate them on how best to manage the impact of the changes in April 2020 and work with a specialist ahead of any change. Seminars and Webinars are already taking place, so watch this space and our LinkedIn channel, for more information and updates regarding these changes.
Our sister company Tifo, a flexible back- office support platform has been growing and we are currently developing a payroll system and payroll on-boarding module to complement the existing Tifo services.
Tifo clients will be able to have customised employer and employee settings to suit their needs along with the employee self-serve option and data exchange portal between us and the client both of which reduce admin for the client and satisfies GDPR.
