My Max Exec is PayStream’s executive umbrella company service. We decided to speak with Laura, a HR Advisor who has been using My Max Exec for some time. We wanted to know why she decided to upgrade her umbrella experience, as well as find out what made PayStream stand out in a crowded market.

1. Why did you decide to join PayStream's umbrella company?

I was given a list of umbrella companies from my agency and decided to research each of these before making a decision. I looked at their websites and read their reviews online. All paths were pointing to PayStream.

 

2. Why did you decide to upgrade to PayStream's My Max Exec Service?

After I’d made the decision to use PayStream, the welcome team explained how everything worked and actually recommended the executive service based on my personal circumstances. They sent me some additional information and I decided to upgrade.

 

3. Are you happy with the service you've received from My Max Exec?

Happy doesn’t do it justice, I’ve worked in retail, financial services, HR, front of house, bank management and the customer service from this company is off the scale. I’ve never experienced anything like it. They are so responsive, so helpful, so pragmatic and so friendly. I’m on a first name basis with the team and they phone me back if they’re not available to take my call. You don’t lose anything in terms of the experience, they’re just outstanding.

 

4. Have you found it beneficial having a dedicated customer service concierge on hand?

They’re really personable, really friendly, really responsive and professional. The logistics of processing my pay from my client was quite complex, but the My Max Exec team were working until five to six on a Friday night to sort my pay out for me. I was nearly in tears by the end of the day, they’re just amazing and probably do way more than they should do. I don’t know what it is that you’re doing but the service, responsiveness and personal touch is consistently outstanding no matter what time of day or month. It doesn’t matter who you speak to, what the situation or query is you get a consistently outstanding service from everybody. Whatever it is that you’re doing to create, instil and train you need to package that up and sell it, you’ll make a fortune!
