Role: I work on the PSC Online team. We differ from the My PSC service as our clients carry out more of the administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and invoicing themselves. My role is to answer any queries that our online clients may have and be the first point of call for our clients.

About me: I worked in a haberdashery for three years while I was studying in Leeds. I still continue to sew and alter clothes. I try and make all my presents for my family and friends, currently everyone is getting a reversible bag! I collect the peter rabbit 50ps, if anyone has a Jemima puddle duck coin please let me know.

Personal High: Working with my team! I have been at PayStream for 6 months now and my team have made me feel really welcome and taught me so much. They are a great laugh but also know how to buckle down when needed as they are really determined to provide the best service for our clients.

Likes: Dogs, when people run for the bus and catch it, a good cheese board.

Dislikes: Slow walkers, recipe books without pictures, people who use single use plastic.
